Refund policy

Before purchasing

Our products are downloadable digital goods. Please read the product description, confirm compatibility and ask questions in Discord before buying.

Refund requests

If you purchased the wrong product, were charged more than once, did not receive access, or believe the delivered product is defective, open a support ticket promptly and include the email used at checkout and your Discord user ID. Do not post payment details publicly.

After delivery

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once a personalized file or license access has been delivered. We review duplicate charges, failed delivery and verified technical defects individually.

Revoked access

A refund, payment reversal or chargeback may result in removal of the corresponding Discord role, build assignment, download access and license keys.
